Gilehrio Refund Policy 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COTTAGES AND CAMPS

For refund, reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charge. 

Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.

 

REFUND POLICY

On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two (2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your Bank statement. 

Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your payment instrument or company and processing time of the bank and payment gateway at our end. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the our cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above. In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything  release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take two (2) to four(4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HANDLOOM AND HANDICRAFT PRODUCTS

Once sold, there will be no cancellations on products. Gilehrio and its assignees will not be responsible for any in-transit damages to the shipment. If you believe that there has been an error in the order fulfilment or wrong product has been shipped, please write to support@gilehrio.com to get it clarified. If there has been any error on the part of Gilehrio, we will either replace the product or substitute it with an equivalent product. If both are not acceptable or possible, Gilehrio will issue a refund amount minus costs incurred towards the fulfilment.
